This project involves the addition of an office building to the existing warehouse, creating a contemporary corporate headquarters that integrates office and logistics functions into a cohesive workplace.

The design establishes a clear spatial hierarchy, with public and operational areas on the ground floor and executive spaces above, balancing accessibility with privacy. Transparency plays a key role, using glazed partitions and open-plan layouts to enhance daylight, communication, and collaboration.

Externally, the building features a restrained palette of charcoal cladding, white surfaces, and subtle red accents, reinforcing a strong and cohesive architectural identity within the industrial setting.

The result is a refined and efficient workplace that reflects the company’s operational needs and corporate image.
