Light Beyond Boundaries

Mingalar Family House is a contemporary urban residence designed for a high-density neighbourhood where privacy, daylight, and natural ventilation were the project's defining challenges. Inspired by the letter "M" of Mingalar, the sculptural façade establishes a distinctive identity while shielding the home from surrounding buildings. Through carefully positioned double-height spaces, and controlled openings, the design transforms a constrained site into a bright, airy, and tranquil family sanctuary.
